Carrying on the lineage of torotaku, Edomae sushi in Nishiazabu.
A sushi restaurant tucked away in a quiet residential corner of Nishiazabu. Carrying on the lineage of torotaku, we earnestly pursue the tradition and true essence of Edomae sushi. Premium ingredients from a longtime Toyosu wholesaler and the seasonal catch of Kochi. The gifts of all four seasons are shaped, one by one, into carefully crafted nigiri. In a calm, grown-up space, take your time over seasonal nigiri, thoughtfully prepared small plates, and well-chosen sake, and enjoy a relaxed, unhurried moment.
